Rules and regulations

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear while operating equipment rented from Mobile Trike NWA. Mobile Trike NWA provides helmets as part of the equipment rental but is not responsible for assessing or providing any additional safety gear that may be required to address customers’ individual needs. Mobile Trike NWA is not responsible for any injuries sustained while utilizing our equipment.

Customers agree to follow all applicable safety laws and/or regulations for the area(s) in which Mobile Trike NWA’s equipment is used. Customers are solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with any applicable safety laws and/or regulations for any area(s) in which they use Mobile Trike NWA’s equipment.

Customers are responsible for returning all rental equipment in the same condition in which it was rented. Customers shall be responsible for any repair/replacement charges for anything above and beyond what would be reasonably considered normal wear and tear. Any deliberate damage/destruction of Mobile Trike NWA’s equipment may result in future rental privileges being revoked.

Customers must return rented equipment no later than 30 minutes after the end of the rental period stated on the rental contract. In the event that equipment is returned after the 30-minute grace period has expired, Mobile Trike NWA reserves the right to charge additional fees, up to and including the full rate for the next applicable rental period. For the sake of clarity and by way of example, if Mobile Trike NWA rents a bike for $20/hour and the customer returns the equipment 31 minutes after end of the rental period stated on the contract, Mobile Trike NWA may charge any additional fee at their discretion up to and including an additional $20 for that next hour.

Appointment cancellation and reservation

Reservations are required through the online scheduling portal at www.MobileTrikeNWA.com. The following rules apply to all rentals.

  1. Cancellations require 24-hour prior notice to receive a full refund.

  2. In the event of inclement weather, MobileTrikeNWA may provide rescheduling or refund at its discretion. MobileTrikeNWA is not responsible for unforeseen changes to weather conditions during the term of the rental and will evaluate partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Mobile Trike NWA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute equipment as it deems appropriate. Substitutions may be made for reasons that include but are not limited to availability of equipment, and/or Mobile Trike NWA’s assessment of a customer’s ability to safely operate a particular piece of equipment. In the event a reasonable substitution cannot be made, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.

  4. Furthermore, Mobile Trike NWA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, with or without explanation, in its sole discretion. In the event that Mobile Trike NWA makes the determination to refuse service, customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid.

  5. In the event a rental must be returned earlier than the stated rental contract for any reason, unused time will not automatically be refunded. Refunds will be accessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided if the remaining time of rental is 30 minutes or less.
