Answers to many of the questions we are frequently asked about Mobile Trike NWA services.

We currently operate within Fayetteville AR. We’ve chosen strategically located drop-off points that give you access to some amazing places to ride. Several of them have access points to the Razorback Greenway and many other trails making it easy to experience all Fayetteville has to offer.

Yes, we deliver your bike to the chosen drop-off point and pick up the bike at the same location when you’re done. If for any reason, you cannot physically return the bike back to the original location, please reach out to us immediately to discuss arrangements.

You simply go to our Reservation page and choose the bike you want to rent, provide the required information and pay for your rental. Then when it’s time, meet us for pick-up at the designated spot. At that time, we’ll go over the bike with you, show you how to properly operate it (if necessary) and answer any questions you have.

Cancellations require 24-hour prior notice to receive a full refund. Please see our Rules & Regulations page for full details.

Currently, we deliver within the city of Fayetteville. You can choose from several specific drop locations located around the city. If you have an alternate location you’d like your rental delivered to for a specific event or purpose, please email us with your request at TalkToUs@MobileTrikeNWA.com and we’ll see what we can work out!

Because we rent bikes no one else in the area offers. Whether you want to try a bike before you buy it or just want to have a wonderful time out riding without the trouble of maintenance, storage or hauling your bike around, we’re here to bring the fun to you.

Yes, we offer custom Terra Trike recumbent bikes equipped with 2 different size motors and street or off-road tires. Whatever adventure you have planned, we have you covered. Check out the description of each bike on our View & Reserve Bikes page for more information.

All our bikes have been custom equipped with mirrors, reflectors, lights and bells or horns. They are also equipped for your convenience with bottle holders, cell phone holders and a bike bag or basket for storage. Riders are required to wear a helmet when riding. They are provided with your rental at no extra cost (or you can bring your own).

If you happen to have any problems while you’re out, just call our main number and we will help you with whatever you’re experiencing. If it requires onsite repair, we’ll come to your location. If it can be fixed onsite, we’ll do that. If not, we will transport you and the bike back to the point of rental.

If you have any trouble while you’re out with one of our rentals, just text or call our main number for assistance (479)-973-3317. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If at any time you cannot provide your location, due to injury or find yourself lost and needing help, you can reach out to us for assistance in providing your rental’s current location.

If you find yourself running behind to meet us for return, please text (or call) us at (479)-973-3317. There is a 30-minute grace period before additional charges are incurred.

All our bikes have been tested for safety and accuracy before they are offered for rental. We inspect our bikes after each rental and do daily and weekly maintenance as needed. All bikes will receive immediate maintenance if required and regular preventive maintenance according to usage recommendations from the manufacturer. We want you to have a safe and fun experience with our bikes, every time you ride.

 

All our equipment including helmets are inspected and cleaned/sanitized between each rental. We want to spread the fun, not the germs.

Yes, feel free to ride our bikes wherever you’d like to in Northwest Arkansas. Please be mindful of battery life on our electric bikes and plan your return trip to the drop-off point accordingly. If for some reason we must recover the bike outside the city of Fayetteville, additional charges will apply.

All renters must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government issued ID. A parent or guardian can rent a bike for their own children 16 years of age or older with a signed waiver of responsibility. The parent must also rent a bike and the minor must have a picture ID.

Yes. You are responsible for returning any rental equipment undamaged beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for the cost to replace or repair any lost or damaged parts up to the retail value.
